– Studies in accounting or relevant experience in the field
– Good knowledge of using Microsoft office (outlook, excel, word)
– Experience in using accounting software (knowledge of using the SAGA program is an advantage)
– Intermediate level English knowledge
– Driving license cat.B
Your tasks will be:
– Preparation of monthly documentation (supplier invoices; customers, receipt, bank statements, etc.)
– Maintain contact with the accounting firm
– Checking purchase and sales logs
– Preparation of the cash register in lei (Payment provisions, collection provisions, preparation of expense reports)
– Registration of consumption vouchers
– Preparation of reception notes
– Drafting of goods accompanying notices
– Record of invoices to be paid
– Verification of timely payments of supplier invoices
